- Our technician will arrive on time at your home or office for your scheduled cleaning appointment. As circumstances do dictate occasionally we will not make it on time, and we will call you to let you know if we are running more than 10 minutes behind
- Our technician will take a tour with the home owner of the areas to be cleaned, and perform a pre-work inspection of your carpet. A pre-inspection in necessary to identify the carpet type, as this helps us determine the correct products to use. The inspection also helps identify any concerns the home owner, or our technician may have before the work actually begins.
- Before any works begins, Simply Clean and the client will agree on a clear price for the work being performed. Also, our technician will try to identify what areas of concern the homeowner or office owner has before beginning work. We will also try to provide a description and information before beginning work of what we can accomplish and what may not be able to be accomplished. We will normally begin cleaning areas of the highest concern before moving on to other areas. We strive to make sure that we meet all of our clients expectations.
